Ready to Ship Giveaway | Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to residents of United Kingdom.
  • Employees of Daintified Nails, their immediate family members, and anyone associated with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway begins on 20 March 2025 at 00:00 GMT and ends on 27 March 2025 at 23:99 GMT.("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow Daintified Nails on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
  2. Like the official giveaway post on daintifiednails.com, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
  3. Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post on all platforms.
  4. Share the giveaway post on their story or feed (ensure the account is public).
  5. Optional: Sign up for the Daintified Nails newsletter for a bonus entry (10 extra entries).
  • Only one entry per person is allowed, but additional entries may be earned by tagging friends or sharing the post.
    • 1 tag = 1 extra entry
    • 1 share = 2 extra entries
    • Sign up to Newsletter = 10 extra entries

4. Prize Details

  • Prize: 5 winners will each receive 1 random set of 24pcs Press On Nails with Prep Kit and an Instruction Manual from our Ready to Ship Collection.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Diantified Nails reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place on 28 March 2025 at 20:00 GMT, and winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered from (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) within 48 hours of the draw. If email is available, we will also notify them through this.
  • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Daintified Nails to use their name, social media handle, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Daintified Nails is not responsible for:
    • Lost, late, or misdirected entries.
    • Technical issues, including internet or website malfunctions.
    • Any damage or loss resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

8. General Conditions

  • Daintified Nails reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Daintified Nails,which are final and binding.

10. Governing Law

  • The giveaway is governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
